Today's focus: Confirmation Bias in Instructional Designers
Instructional designers may have a tendency to favor information that confirms their initial design decisions or instructional approaches. This can lead to overlooking alternative methods or missing opportunities for improvement. IDs can actively seek feedback and consider diverse perspectives to mitigate this bias.
