Using Your Trello Board
Trello is an online project management tool that allows you and us to stay organized, communicate, and collaborate effectively. You can upload or link to your company documents - such as style guides and logos, make requests, and access all the instructional design work we do for you all through your Trello board.
Choose Your Subscription Plan
We have two instructional design subscription options: Standard and Pro.
Included in both are:

an average of 48-hour (weekday) delivery

unlimited project requests

unlimited revisions
-
the ability to pause or cancel anytime
The key difference is that with the Standard Plan we will work on one request at a time and with the Pro Plan we will work on two requests at a time.
In general, if you have one project the Standard Plan is a good match. If you want to work on two projects simultaneously, the Pro Plan will suit you.

Note that the Pro Plan does not allow for us to work on two requests for the same project.

Let's Get to Work
In Trello, you make a request and we get to work. You can expect to receive something from us in about 2 business days.

Get Just What You Want
Whether you want us to design job aids, workshops, or content for online courses, the review process is all the same. Comment directly on documents or send videos with feedback and modifications you would like.
